The largest and most majestic hall of the Castle, origanally built to dry out the olives in the year 1700. Today it hosts a collection of hunting trophies of the della Gherardesca family. The antique set up makes this room very welcoming and it’s ideal for receptions, gala dinners but also conferences. The room can accommodate up to 200 people seated and is adjacent to the Eastern Terrace.
